Úvod

Aim of Orinea company was to find a purposeful way for processing of all kinds of solid waste and waste water through utilisation of a technical procedure which would not result in further waste and harmful emissions generation, to find a way how to process waste from existing dumps, to reduce significantly consumption of energy necessary for waste processing, and to avoid any deterioration of the existing environment in the area concerned due to the operation of a waste processing technological complex.


This aim was reached through a long and thorough selection from production companies and producers of patented technology equipment and their procedures. As the result of the mentioned Orinea company activity, there is an offer of low-energy emission-free technical modular unit able to meet all solid waste and waste water processing standards in accordance with the requirements and needs of any particular locality. As the technical unit uses the newest technological findings in the area of pyrolytic and plasmic emission-free incineration, as the result of the unit operation there are also secondary materials generated in the course of pyrolytic and plasmic waste processing, such as iron alloys, pyrolysis gases to be used for heating and water heating, cogeneration or trigeneration unit drive, bio-fuel, pyrolysis slag to be used in chemical industry, plasmic slag to be used in construction industry etc. These products may bring significant financial effect and reduce so costs of waste processing in this sophisticated technological complex. This equipment can also process all dangerous waste including explosive materials, waste from hospitals, rendering plants and construction sites, including asbestos, and can turn the processed waste into materials for further safe use in relevant industries.

These modular technological units are designed and installed always after a thorough study of the particular locality, its territorial needs, number of inhabitants and their planned development and growth, but always with respect to the standards of the sustainable development of the area concerned, its industrial and other production activity needs as well as other specifics arisen from the needs and the kind of solid waste and waste water to be processed. Due to utilisation of nanotechnologies, if appropriately set up in respect of modular structure, this equipment is able to clean and produce potable water efficiently and cheaply even from sea water. It can treat all subsurface water even in case of water seepage from dumps or ore extracting mines or if otherwise effected by industrial or agricultural activities. This equipment has high efficiency and ability to eliminate all heavy metals from water even in high concentrations including other dangerous materials as arsenic, biphenyl, synthetic hormones etc. Such a way of treatment is always more economic both in finances and operational energy consumption when comparing it with classical cleaning technologies and procedures of water treatment, and furthermore all sludge and sediments from these processes are suitable for further safety use in agriculture and return to the existing soil. This equipment also requires less area to be built on it as well as less staff to operate it.

It is also necessary to note the possibility to install the equipment mentioned into already existing water treatment plants and to intensify so their operation bringing them closer to the set-up values including utilisation of sludge and sediments for further processing into secondary reusable materials.

All the mentioned technological equipment is produced and certified under EU standards. Also efficiency tests were performed under applicable EU methodology and their results correspond to it.
